    They some how with 2 € membership had automatically signed me without me knowing about any contract signed or anything. And since then they took everything months €50 to €65. Ones I realize this I canceled this cropped contract and ask them to refund my money back. They of course refused... I wrote them since I don have pets I can't buy any thing from your bullshit site,which they proposed, with this credit you unlawfully built up for me.

    But they still refuse to simply refund my money.

    To-day I received a questionnaire that bore all the marks of a genuine Vodafone correspondence. In it I was invited to provide answers to a survey and then informed I had won a prize of a mobile 'phone, free of charge but subject to payment of €1-€5 postage.

    When I had provided all the personal information required, except for details of my bank, I was switched to the URL loyalpetsvip.com.

    Beware this website, pending an explanation from either Vodafone or Loyalpetsvip.

    They deducted money from my account without me signing up for anything and i did not give consent for them to deduct my money.

    They are refusing to refund me
