Rating:I ordered a walking pad. I believe I received a scam tracking service just so I would think my package was leaving China and arriving in the United States. On February 28 the tracking indicated it was delivered, but I have never received it. Their customer service told me that it was delivered to my local post office. My local post office told me they do not have it and that the tracking number I was given is not a valid USPS tracking number. When I continue to contact customer service to request a valid tracking number, they send me the same response over and over, just giving me scripted verbage saying a package can take 12-16 business days to arrive. I plan to file a mail fraud complaint with the USPS since these people stole my money and never sent me a product. Beware.
