Rating:They have NO customer service and their product is crap! They keep refusing to give me a refund so I've taken it up with my credit card company. It took a month to get the cover for our loveseat and then it didn't work. We wanted to return it but they refuse to tell us where to send it. The return address on their package is a gas station in AL. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Rating:Total scam! I ordered a sofa cover and they sent 2 small pillow covers instead. Also took 2 months to deliver. Now they are refusing to issue a refund or exchange. DO NOT ORDER FROM IBEE MART!

Rating:Very bad experience. I ordered three sofa covers. One of them arrived damaged and ibeemart refused to exchange. They are totally disrespectful of their clients. Do not order from them.

Rating:I’ve been waiting seven weeks now for my product to arrive. After requesting a refund at least three times, no item and no refund have been forthcoming. This company uses the pandemic as an excuse for their items to take so long to ship from China. However, I’ve ordered other items during the pandemic that arrived from China in two weeks or less. I have involved my credit card company at this point and will likely get my money back. Until I looked up the company this morning, I had only suspected that they were scamming me. Now I guess I know that they were.
