Rating:Hello! My order #2232932622 was not delivered to me, but Druni sent me unknown cosmetics (which I did not order). My order was €103.35, but they sent me fake items that cost €16.
I sent them all the unpacking photos and videos, which clearly shows that this is not my order (Ralph Lauren perfume set, YSL cosmetics, etc.).
They refuse to replace my order or give me a refund (even without €16 for these unnecessary items). Just nothing for 2 weeks texting.
