Rating:I ordered a pair of boots April 7,2020. Have not received them as of today (July 17,2020). I sent an email to the address they provided and never heard back.

Rating:This website is a complete scam. My order did arrive but it was not the shoes I had ordered. Sent a few emails and none have been responded. Please don’t fall victim as I have and lose your money! I can’t even sell the shoes sent to me to try and recoup some of my money as they shoes sent, quite frankly, are vile!!

Rating:Complete scam! I ordered shoes in January 2020 and never heard from them again after numerous emails and phone calls. DO NOT ORDER from them! I rate them below 1 star.

Rating:DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I'd give No Stars if I could. I ordered some shoes and took a month to get to me. It WAS NOT what was advertised, they smelled horribly. And NOT my Size. Immediately I tried to contact them, but I got NO RESPONSE. They only give you an email address....icuteshoesstore@gmail.com and say they respond after 48 hours. I have been waiting for 10 days!!!! NO RESPONSE And they give No Response... also they have No Return Address online and No Live Chat NO Phone number. NEVER AGAIN. YOUR Better off buying through Amazon or Other Reputable Company. THIS ICUTESHOES is SCAM!!!

Rating:Your website give icuteshoes an 86% trust rating.. Very Wrong!!!! ALL the numbers You have listed to verify that it's a legit business... are ALL numbers to a generic Domain website company that helped them purchase a website.... its NOT their Actual Business number.
The info you have is False.. how can they have a Low Risk Status when the numbers you have on them are Bogus?

Rating:Ordered shoes on the 6th of October but they still haven't arrived on the 23rd of November and no one has replied to my e-mails.
Also, when I now follow the product link of the shoes I've ordered it takes me to a different style.
