Rating:Ordered item 6 weeks ago. Repeated emails to support. At this time they cannot give me a shipping date, an estimated delivery date, or any other information.
They provided a shipping number, but when I inquire about that the webpage response is "Order not found".
I have no other conclusion but this is a scam. The only recourse is to warn others about this site.

Rating:Definitely a scam. Bogus tracking number. They're happy to replace the product if I send more money. Chinese pirates masquerading as a British company. Do not send money!

Rating:Ordered a Wimberley tripod plate for a camera lens. No order confirmation but I did get an email with an order number and tracking link. The order number wasn't recognized by the website, the tracking link didn't work but strangely the tracking number did by using a universal parcel tracking app, the tracking was progressing and the last time I was able to check it said it had cleared UK customs then the tracking showed as invalid number and I couldn't even see its previous tracking. I reached out to them via the email but had no response. I've now made a claim through my credit card company.
