Rating:It is hard to tell what they do.
At first glance, it appears to be a legitimate company, but if you read what they say carefully, they do not really do anything. They charged my card a small amount and my card company flagged it and denied payment. Their phone numbers on the web site do not work.
When they asked me about it, I told them I don't know who they are.
