This site www.caizw.com is a scam. I will provide only facts and leave emotion and speculation out of it. Their email address for customer service is dexcategorical@gmail.com. Their help center page only says, "Help center...Serve you anytime, anywhere" That's it, literally nothing else. The email isn't even listed on this page. I deposited about $40,000 USD to this site to trade IPFS (Interplanetary File System). The pitch for the site was based on a WhatsApp group of alleged business people and investors. Once I attempted to make my first withdrawal of only $1,000 it failed. I tried another $40,000 to another wallet address and it too failed. There was no notification about the status of the withdrawal. After about 2 days I emailed dexcategorical@gmail.com since there was no other way to contact anyone at the exchange, and there is no phone number either. Was I a fool to do this? Of course, but I learned my very expensive lesson and am encouraging the authorities to shut down this site and attempt to get investor's their money back. Slim chance, but in my opinion the truth always leads to something good. I saw how bitcoin legally made insane profits so the prospect that IPFS could do the same seemed like a risk I was willing to take. The problem I faced was being pressured to learn how to deposit funds quickly as IPFS was forecasted to grow from $0.0334 to about $1.00/share within a few months, if not one month. Again, I was thinking bitcoin, but I was naive. I will copy... Read more

the same situation happened to me. I was contacted by an unknown person on Instagram, female, pretending to be a businesswoman from China. after some time and friendly conversation she added me to one whatsapp group with different traders and investors. after a few days, the group started writing about the new cryptocurrency. the main character of this theater was to be professor Justin Brooks who claimed that it is an exceptional business where we can earn a lot of money. the condition was that the trade took place on a decentralized exchange. the procedure was the same. after depositing money on DEX everything looked promising. I invested 5000 USDT in the business. the first selections took place almost without problems. then my portfolio reached 700,000. during the next withdrawal I received an email where I was asked to deposit 6990 USDT otherwise my account will be blocked. Of course, I asked for a postponement, but it was rejected. money with he hasn't sent it yet and I don't plan to. another person who was involved was Amanda, she was supposed to be the professor's assistant who sent me information about the development of cryptocurrency (it is CEPH), this person forced me to deposit more money into my account even though I refused. she also forced me to pay the required amount to release the money on the account. beware of this scam

    Hi
    My name is Mohsen
    I'm from Iran
I met a Hong Kong lady through Instagram. She introduced me to a business group on WhatsApp, and after a while she introduced me to www.caizw.com. I invested about 4k dollars in this site and then my account was blocked. Unfortunately, I do not know how and where to complain to them!
