Rating:ordered lawn machine and can not contact them nor any response from them on order ship details. I will file a dispute with credit card company tomorrow. Legit or not they do not communicate and do not ship in stated time frame.

Rating:I had the same experience. I ordered a carpet cleaner from them 05/11/20 and have received no order confirmation or tracking information. I tried to research them on the internet the next day and could find nothing? I sent them an E-Mail (05/12/20) requesting confirmation and so far nothing? I checked my PayPal account and see that the money is still "pending" so the money has not left PayPal. I tried to call PayPal and after being dropped twice, I stumbled on to PayPal's "chat" and chatted with a representative. I asked her if she could tell me how long The Wall Land (which I see by my PayPal account is doing business as "JMJMart") has been in business, how long they have been taking PayPal payments and if they had any complaints against them. PayPal will not give me any information about them. I asked to have a supervisor call me and shortly after terminating my chat session, I received a call from Pedro and he was as unhelpful as their other representative. I have to wait 30 days before they will cancel the payment. If I ever do hear from The Wall Land or actually receive my carpet cleaner and I have anything where I can contact them or provide feedback, they will be getting an ear full. If I don't hear from them by next Monday, I will be contacting PayPal again but this time it will be senior management.

Rating:Exact same experience. What a waist of time and effort. It looks like they have put so much effort into site and marketing just to piss people off with no customer service.

Rating:Placed an order and waited the 3-5 business days - tried to contact them to see what was going on with my order NO RESPONSE (with 5 emails and 2 phone messages) - after 10 days not receiving any response I checked my PAY PAL account to see if the amount authorized had been released and found that they had cancelled my order and never told me - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Rating:Just a follow up: The Wall Land DBA: JMJMart never captured the money from my PayPal account. I was told by PayPal that it would be in "Pending Status" for 30 days before they could cancel the payment even though I reported to them that it was most likely a fraudulent "business". When I checked today (30 days!) the payment was no longer listed. I didn't receive an E-Mail from PayPal so I am still chatting with them to verify that no charges were placed. If we could just hammer these payment companies to drop these fraudulent bastards, they would have no way to collect any money and we could drive them out of "business". Hope no one else gets scammed by these scumbags.

Rating:I tried to buy a piece of furniture there, using PayPal to pay for it. I wound up getting an alert from my credit card company saying that my payment for this would go "internationally", if I authorized it. All info on their site states an address in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Thinking this was kind of weird, I wrote to the company and explained what had happened and I asked WHY my payment went overseas. Never did get an answer!
Instead, today I received an email from them stating that "my order had been canceled" "because I had requested it". WHAT??!!? No, I didn't!!
I'm wondering if they ARE NOT LEGIT and doing business with ME... WHO IS ASKING QUESTIONS... made it seem to them that the easiest way to handle it was to STOP any business going forth with me?!
I am not left with good feelings but with SUSPICIONS, INSTEAD! Also, they do list an address, but nowhere is there a phone # ~~

Rating:I had the same experience. The charge for the item I bought was pending - and didn't go through. I think they might be skimming our credit/debit card information. I don't expect to ever get a reply or the merchandise. The price was too good to be true. I should have known. I am going to notify my bank of potential fraud.

Rating:My WallLand order was cancelled less than 48 hours after I ordered from them. WallLand says I cancelled the order. I did not. This company did not respond to my email and does not list a phone number. I am sure this company is a scam.

Rating:Took my money, said they were going to ship then they cancelled order. Waited for refund nothing they wont respond emails. Filed claim with paypal as I used paypal card we are still waiting. Its Aug 11 and they took my money in June. Paypal says they are waiting for response. I tell them they are not going to get one and I want my money since its paypal I should get my money. Its just a big waste of time.
