Rating:I ordered from them on December 24th. No receipt after creating an account and entering my email and debit card info. When I sign in it says I have no prior purchases or pending purchases. I emailed, called the number and no response. I did some digging and discovered the website was created on December 11 and didn't become operational until 12/24. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Do not order from buckramce.com

Rating:Thanks for posting this. I ordered on 12/25 but did not create an account. I received an email order confirmation and they processed payment immediately (it appeared on my credit card the next day). , No hipping information was provided however, not 36 nor 48 hours later. Like you, I emailed and called, but no life signs anywhere.
It should have raised a red flag that almost everything on the site is in the same price range between $5x.00 and $6x.00.
Do not buy from this site unless these comments are cleared by the posters.

Rating:I have PNC and they credited my account while they do their own investigation. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission the day it happened. The funds get transferred to a Mason J McPherson. If you look in maps at the address given, it's a small house in Maryland while the listed number is in Missouri.. also an email address linked to the website is for a dashae@outlook.. total scam

Rating:After contacting my credit card company, I received a shipping tracker for something out of China. So I waited until it actually got here !!???
I received a package of "Eye Mask", whereas my order was for a Circulon cookware set .. Go figure
Their Website doesn't even carry Eye Mask, so how did this happen ????
I updated the credit card company again and I also sent pictures of the received package to teh service email at Buckramce.
Check back for a final verdict soon, Meanwhile stay away from this site.

Rating:Ok so after demanding a receipt of my order, they sent a generic email with a tracking number and a screenshot of the Rachel Ray Cookware I ordered. The package came and instead of a large box it was a small envelope sized box with a pair of fake Ray Bans. After contacting them again thru email, I received another generic reply with only one sentence: "We are flooded with orders so leave a message and we will get back to you soon." I think this is so they can now say oh I'm sorry we confused your order and then try to further delay with sending back the fraudulent product and waiting through snail mail. Pretty two bit operation if you ask me. You would think they would be caught by now and why is it that Google is allowing this website to advertise on their "shopping" tab. Well, I asked them and they completely denied it even though I have screenshots. That was the first and last time I ever use Google to buy anything. Stick to eBay.

Rating:I purchase a set of pots and pans and received a Louis Vuitton knock off wallet! WTH? Emailed and got the same message - now I can't find the charge on any credit card. I am going to guess they're stealing credit card numbers.

I knew it would possibly be a fake company from the start but for 54. bucks I took no risk chance knowing my Bank always has my back on bogus purchases..

Rating:I ordered from them, a Grill. I was sent a receipt for $59.99 but charged $67.17 on my credit card. I questioned this and was told it was customary exchange rate charges. I tried to cancel the order but they refused to do it saying the item had shipped.I waited 2-1/2 weeks and called credit card company to dispute charges. Yesterday I got a package with a woman's mini clutch purse? I threw it away. Certainly not a grill. I only rated at 1 star to get beyond the field. STAY AWAY !

Can you tell me the name that showed up on your credit card statement? I also ordered a grill and it did not show up. I was only charged 59.99 and it was under Great Plains wint. Is this the same?

I ordered from Buckramce 30qt Pressure Cooker w/2 Racks for $52.39. I was charged immediately on credit card under name "THE PORK COMPANY" Y 5183727895 NC US. 02/10/2020 I received chipo toy "TWISTY PETS" FOR 4+ years.
This is a fake Chinese company do not having address, phone number, not registered in Better Business Bureau or anywhere, do not provide immediately tracking #.
If you made order immediately cancel it through your credit card issuer.
STAY AWAY!

Rating:I ordered a 82 quart lobster pot and got a hairclip that looks like a cat. The Address for the company is listed as 1507 Larkin St Highpoint, NC 27262. The phone number is a Maine area code. My credit card statement shows payment to Hammer Asset Management in Auburn, CA. After leaving two messages with them, and threatening to go to SEC (since they are a asset management co and governed by the SEC), I finally got a call back. The woman claims they have reported Buckramce to the BBB, I said if I was a asset company, I would certainly be reporting it to someone higher up than the BBB. But Hammer Assets claims they never received any money and have had this happen with several companies. Guess they wouldn't be my first choice to monitor my assets! Don't shop with Bucramce.

Rating:Total SCAM site. Based in China. Ordered a Le Creuset Dutch oven. Received (six weeks later) fake Ray Ban sunglasses (disgusting looking). PayPal has been most UNHELPFUL in getting a refund. Will try my CC next. Oh, btw: they company does not respond to emails.

Rating:Its a scam website. Placed an order on 12.2019 no receipt, they provide with some tracking info but it is not reflect the actual deal. Please don't buy from this website, they collect money but don't do anything. After 3rd email they don't even reply anymore....

Rating:DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I was foolish enough to place an order for a giant brew kettle for less than $60.00, and of course, it was too good to be true. After getting a suspicious invoice and strange emails about them being to busy to......SEND EMAILS, I finally received a pair of bogus RayBans. My credit card company refunded the money, but somehow these crooks had the payment reversed.

Rating:Buckramce has no working phone number. Customer service responses with scripted email responses that have nothing to do with the questions or concern you have about their order, shipments, complaints, tracking numbers, status, etc. etc.. Shipped cheap product/item not ordered verse actual item ordered. They shipped me a pack of very cheap N95 Mask, for a Order for a expensive 2-burner 22” Blackstone Griddle listed on there website. In my opinion potentially fraud company and should be pursued to the fullest extent of criminal law.
