Rating:My order from lucuss has been in an awaiting shipment status since Nov 14 2023 and today is Dec. 5 2023. I requested my money's back. There's no phone to contact and the email gives a parroted response. You send in a complaint and they respond with the same exact response I sent to them…

Rating:We received our jacket and it is NOTHING like what is advertised on the website. In the tracking, this coat came from China, and it shows. The website has misspelled words and poor grammar, and I was quite suspicious. Well my fears came true. The pics on the website of this jacket are beautiful and what we received is poor quality, not raccoon fur on the hood, no badges inside stating it is genuine leather. These are fake replicas. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

Rating:On December 4th 2023 I purchased two items from them, one was a lined vest and another was the Bomber B3 Jacket. I did receive the vest after Christmas but have yet to receive the Bomber jacket.
I have reached out to them 3 different times now over the past 2 weeks asking for a refund. They have responded making up excuses of why it has not shipped but will not issue the credit of $144.99. This was for a gift but since I didn't even receive it by the New Year I had to purchase another gift.
Be VERY careful purchasing from this company.

Rating:Purchase made 24/11/23. Item still not arrived on 04/01/24. Item was intended as a Xmas present. I have contacted them a number of times and the same response has been used each time stock coming in 5-20 days. I don't believe them as the response seems automated and they don't respond to my request for a refund. I don't expect to receive the item now and having read others comments expect it won't be worth receiving either. I advise all to avoid.

It s a fraud
It s a fraud, they lie. The adress for the return doesn't even exist according to my post office. It s not leather and shipskin as expected but entirely synthetic. The shape and the color of the " coat "I received have nothing in common with the one I ordered. 160$ I can throw in the garbage because I wouldn't dare resell that piece of #fabric. If only i could show you some pics it would talk by itself!
I ve been waisting money, time (13 emails and no results but the promess I will be refund for half of it, I m waiting) and gaz I ve been to 2 post-office to be told that adress is fake. Don t waist your energy and Don t put any expectations in that company .
I edit my message to answer lucuss. Lucuss you Don t understand it s not that the coat doesn't fit me, it s not what I ordered at all. Read above! Then I am at 14 mail and I m still looking for my refund you can not say I m not trying to talk, you answered me 3 times the same message when I was asking for an adress that exist to send you back your thing with the same adress that doesn't exist. The last answer I had from you a few days ago was that you are in Holliday for another week. It s been 2 months you are waisting our time. So yes I read my mail and I see no solution from you. Rating:I thought it was too good to be true, I was right. Ordered a western gun holster and it was like child's play thing. If possible I would give them less than one star!
