Rating:Op 18 mei 2026 heb ik een bestelling geplaatst ter waarde van €57,15. Tot op heden heb ik mijn bestelling niet ontvangen.
Op 5 juni heb ik contact opgenomen. Er werd toen aangegeven dat er een onderzoek gestart zou worden en dat eventueel een alternatief product geleverd kon worden. In eerste instantie heb ik dit geweigerd, maar op 9 juni heb ik alsnog aangegeven dat een alternatief voor mij acceptabel was.
Omdat ik geen reactie ontving, heb ik op 17 juni opnieuw contact opgenomen met het verzoek om levering of terugbetaling. Op geen van mijn berichten heb ik sindsdien een inhoudelijke reactie ontvangen.
Ik heb inmiddels meerdere pogingen gedaan om dit netjes op te lossen, maar helaas zonder resultaat. Het uitblijven van communicatie en levering is erg teleurstellend.
Ik hoop alsnog op een snelle oplossing in de vorm van levering of terugbetaling. Indien er geen oplossing volgt, zal ik verdere stappen ondernemen.
