Rating:I purchased a carburetor for my 1966 Ford Mustang from this company. The order arrived, and I had it installed by my garage. Shortly after installation, the car began misfiring.
After further inspection, the garage informed me that the carburetor's accelerator pump is faulty. I've been trying to get in touch with the company to request a replacement part, and it has been a nightmare.
A representative named Mia keeps repeating the same questions, asking for a part number, fault codes, and a video showing the misfire. I've tried to explain multiple times that this is a 1966 classic car--it doesn't have fault codes or a part number in the modern sense. She doesn't seem to understand this.
If you're thinking about purchasing anything from this company, be very cautious. At this point, it feels like I've lost £250
