    Definitly a scam. No useable tracking number, package lost/not delivered. Won't offer a refund cause 'they suffered losses too' and that we should understand their loss. Upon insisting a refund or package to be resend they come up with a 10% refund cause once again they suffered loss too. and they keep saying the package has been delivered even when it obviously isn't and you can proof it. They can't provide the exact location of the package only the city, which would be the city you live in. Eventually they offer 20% refund. Don't accept. After my own investigation I told them 100% Refund or I will have to report them to the State Attorney General Office and FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for scam and fraud. Which is advised upon doing on the gov website, the reporting them part! 5 minutes after I got a mail saying I will be 100% Refunded and will receive my money within 5 days. Should I not get this within 5 days I will still report them.

    I knew it had to be a scam with all those different delivery countries and military posts etc., Shut them down!! Please!!
