Rating:I paid $66 for a 6-month Hypnozio subscription.
I received a confirmation email and receipt. I had not received the initial session by email so I emailed them after 2 days and their support team said they'd look into it. At 3 days I reached out to them via FB Messenger and had a lengthy conversation with a rep who canceled my subscription but has refused to issue me a refund. They have taken advantage of me, refused to honor their own terms of service, and refused to issue me a refund. I have yet to receive a session or a refund. Money wasted. Very poor experience.

Rating:BEWARE! Hypnosio is a SCAM! The audios stop midway through so I was never able to listen to a full session. They refused to issue a refund and charged me a second time! They refused all refunds stating that their policy is no refunds.

Rating:We have had issues since week 2. They have the worst customer service we have ever had!! We have gone weeks without service and always get a generic response about "they are personally working on it". All the recording we had we can no longer listen to. It has been so stressful, I've asked numerous times to cancel our membership and they still won't comply. For an arrive where the product is basically the same every week other than the last few min and has yielded no result it has been a huge source of stress. They tell us to log on and we can access our course, all lies. Huge scam.

Rating:Sessions are not working. Reached out and they won't cancel subscription or refund money. It is a scam. Have to figure out what to do to avoid further charges. Money wasted on fraudulent website.

Rating:I would not recommend to engage with this company, my conclusion is that heir business model is scamming you by making you think you only bought one product, and then they start charging you for a subscription in the background. By the time you notice this, they could have taken months worth of fees before you cancel.
If you still do so, be careful, maybe use a burner card so that they don't have access to your real credit card. If you buy a single product, they will still start charging your card for a subscription without any warning, proper T&C's. They have no refund policy and even though they charge your card without your consent, they don't refund like other respectable companies.
This company gives no clear communication that your single purchase turns into a subscription in the background - they don't even give you a login first where you could cancel. When you complain, they send you back chat-GPT answers.

Rating:I agree with many of the other comments, I thought I was making a one time purchase and was fraudulently signed up for a subscription. They did send me an email stating that they were about to charge my card for the second time however, I never opened the email because I thought they were just trying to sell me more of a product that I did not like nor find beneficial. I emailed them and they cancelled my subscription but would not issue a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card however, they told me this was not fraud. TBD.

Rating:My issue is not the automatic renewal, which is pretty standard for all subscriptions. My problem is that they've charged me more than 4 times the value of my subscription !!! And they are not refunding. PayPal has denied my claims and hypnozio keeps sending me emails of how they are doing their best to analyze the situation. What is there to analyze !? I've sent them print screen of my subscription from their platform and also screen shot of how much they took via PayPal 😭😭😭 I only bought one course and couldn't even listen to it because I have a baby that takes all my time ...

Rating:Hypnozio is a complete scam. Their website is completely glitchy and not helpful. The worst part is, that they auto renew you without authorization or warning. They send you around in circles trying to get customer service on the app. If you call the phone number, you are never able to speak to anyone. Its just a voice message referring you back to the app. They basically steal your money and refuse to give refunds

Rating:Hypnozio is a scam. When you sign up be sure to read the fine print, as you will continue to be unknowingly charged. They will not provide a refund -- knowing that you have not used their stinking product fir months... because it's an absolute ridiculous product! I tried it and quickly realized I wasted $66. Bewsre!

Rating:Total scam. How can rhis site have a 93% trust rating when only 13 of the last 14 reviews was totally negative. So this site is ALSO a scam. I AGREE with all 13 negative experiences. They are in Lithuania and that doesn't raise flags. No company info or contact numbers. Need I say more?
