Rating:I ordered a doll for my granddaughter for Christmas! The hair started coming out, eyebrows fell off, clothes were coming unstitched. I ordered a boy doll but it was a girl with a boy's private part. Emailed pictures and order number and when they email back they say that they need pictures and order number over and over.
