Rating:My name is ernesto galindo. I opened an investment account in december 2024. In February i was notified withdrawals from the account would be restricted due to system maintenance and would resume immediately after the system was back online. When it was back online i was then told I would have to clear KYC verification and once verified withdrawals would resume immediately. When i cleared verification i was told i now had to pay a tax fee of $642 and immediately afterward withdrawals would be available. I paid and was told now you have to pay an insurance policy $1500 to have full access to your account or you will incur penalty fees and account restrictions. I paid for the insurance and instead of having access to my account i was told that i had caused a security issue by requesting a withdrawal after being repeatedly warned to wait until maintenance was completed and that i now had to pay $2025 for a security update. I refused to pay and asked to see the emails warning me as they claimed. I was then told I would not have to pay for the security update but that my account reach a threshold that required security enhancements and that I had to pay 2050 before April 18th or the account would be placed in dormant status with additional penalty fees. I refused to pay and requested to close the account. They refuse to close the account unless I paid.
