Rating:Trying to transfer money to my account , the action stopped at 90% demanding to pay activation fee 1300 euros. Has anyone came across with the same issue?

Rating:I have 380000 euros in my account and I am trying to transfer the money to my external account so far it keep on asking for fees 488 tax, 597 bank fees , 2635 twice for clearing fees then card activation 618 again to add my Iban to the account 618 a total of 7500 euros approx and the transfer stopped at 89 pc and today it stopped at 99 pc and asking for 8130 euros for some other fees. 0
