Rating:Terrible, do not use. We ordered a product and arrived scratched and broken. Refusing to return as according to their warehouse - it's in perfect working order!

Rating:Very bad service! I bought a calendar and when it finally came, didn’t look at all like the one on the website. When I wanted to return the calendar, the customer support of beautiful-sunflower.com told me to keep the calendar because returning would cost me more than keeping it.

Rating:ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY. If you have any sort of query they just fob you off with 'The SKU code on the packaging says thats what you ordered' EVEN WHEN IT IS PLAINLY NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED OFF THERE WEBSITE. They then said 'Cant you give it as a gift to someone !!!!!'
Then they offered me £1.65($2) compensation for a £26($32) item, absolutely no chance of a refund they said. PLEASE DO NOT RISK GIVEING THESE RIPOFF MERCHANTS YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. I tried leaving 0 stars but it wouldnt let me !!

Rating:I bought a Periodic Table of Elements that is advertised as containing real elements. When I received it (almost a month and a half later), it looked nothing like what was on the website. It contained printed pictures of the elements glued onto the back. When I questioned this, they told me the "warehouse confirmed it was the correct item". I persisted on calling them out and they told me it would cost me too much to return and they would reimburse me $3 on my $32 purchase. I reported them to the FTC.

Rating:A company that takes your money, doesn't send you the product, and tells you to use a non-functional self-service link to report problems. They refuse to handle issues via email. You should look for your items elsewhere. This is a scam website.

Rating:They charged more via paypal than was in the order and they ignore the immediate request to cancel the order. Instead, they prolong the discussion and then claim that the order can no longer be canceled because it has been sent. I opened a complaint on paypal and I hope they will refund my money.

Rating:I ordered a calendar. It did not look like what was advertised. The photo quality was very poor and the calendar was much smaller than expected. I immediately threw it in the trash. Total waste of money.

Rating:Yes - Exactly! I had the same experience with the periodic table. Says it contains real elements and all I got was some stickers. They offered $3 compensation on $65 I wasted with this product and this company.

Rating:I wish I had read these reviews before ordering the Periodic Table of Elements as a gift for my daughter. It is complete rubbish and nothing like the description or images used to advertise it! I will be reporting this to trading standards in the hope this company does not scam others!

Rating:I bought a periodic table and I was beyond disappointed with the product false advertising is unacceptable and this product was not at all what it was shown as. And on top of this no full refund was given
