    I oredered an item 24 hours ago and today got an email stating it was delivered. I replied I did not receive anything and was told to check with my neighbors and family to see if they signed for it or to ask my mailman where my package is asap! This has got to be a scam

    I believe this is a scam. I just placed an order (for a product that is supposedly shipped from Alaska) and immediately got a "foreign billing alert" from American Express - that the billing was to a company in Hong Kong China.

    Unfortunately, because I "gave" the credit card number, I must now wait until the advertised shipping date passes, absent a delivery, before AMEX will accept a dispute for fraud on the charge.

    In the meantime I have frozen my credit card and once past due shipping confirms the fraud I will then cancel the credit card - ugh!

    I have been waiting over a month for 11 items that I ordered. Unfortunately the tracking site says it was delivered july 14, 2023. It is not here. No phone number to contact. an email that came back as Undeliverable. Now What?

    I ordered 2 shirts on June 2nd. I received them on July 9th.. I ordered XL and at best, they are medium. I asked to return them and this was their reply:

    Thank you for your e-mail
    We ship to you according to your order size
    If it doesn’t fit, you can give it to someone else or buy another size
    After all, returning the shipping cost you have to pay is not very cost-effective.
