Rating:I wish I'd never paid Alluxe for a ticket for a raffle. Afterwards, I was told it was a recurring monthly payment that I could cancel at any time. Yet there was no way shown on their website for how to cancel the payment. I spent 2 hours on their website looking for how to cancel a standing order payment of $99 each month. I also contacted them several times. I had to change my entire bank card in order to stop payments. This is a very dodgy company and I'm disappointed to see it currently ranked as Trustworthy on this site. I'm hoping this changes soon. I still can't use my bank account card.
