Rating:Conmen, Typical arrogant French dropshippers. Not even a real store just people selling on behalf of other companies and rippin you off. In big bold letters with red Banner it states "Hattila ships worldwide, including to your country (United Kingdom). VAT and shipping costs will automatically adjust according to your delivery address " then i am lumped with a bill for £64 vat at customs. Ask them to sort it and was told my fault for brexit. told me he would sue me through international courts if a left bad review hahaha. Card company now sorting on my behalf. Please do not buy from them read the other reviews, and not just the fake 5 star ones.

Rating:bought 2 sets of bolts from them,shipped to italy.package was sent with poste italia,who mixed it up and instead of contacting or retry delivery,they returned to sender.contacted hattila to clarify,they said nothing arrived.contacted posteitalia next day,they assured me package was returned.contacted hattila again immediately after,lo and behold,package was found.asked hattila to send with other shipping co,i'll pay transport, 9 euros,but ok.received package few days later,but incomplete(bought 2 x 6 bolts,only 1 x 6 arrived).contacted hattila again to clarify,they say 2 packages were sent by posteitalia(only one was sent,so said their tracker).confronted hattila with this,said one arrived before the last one i received arrived. as i reached the conclusion that i wont come to any conclusion,i quit.
