Rating:avevo fatto solo 1 acquisto da bangood di 1 tastiera durgod k320 nebula rgb che quanto mi e arrivata era con dei graffi e pensò che sono stati fatti dalle pietre che erano usciti da 1 bustina gel in silicio che l'avevo trovata tagliata e le pietre della bustina gel erano sparsi dentro lo scatolo della tastiera e anche nella tastiera erano sparse, avevo contattato l'assistenza bangood per questo problema dei graffi e mi avevano detto se accettavo 20 € io li avevo accettati e quella volta mi ero informato con l'assistenza bangood e gli avevo detto quanti anni avevo di garanzia e mi aveva detto che potevo stare tranquillo per più di 1 anno e non dovevo preoccuparmi, poi dopo 1 mese dall'acquisto questa tastiera mi a cominciato a dare problemi con i tasti che alcune volte si disattivano da soli e senza motivo, non li ho ricontattati subito perchè mi sembrava che dovevo disattivare qualche opzione su windows per non far capitare questo problema, però ho visto che con il passare dei mesi mi e capitato altre volte questo problema dei tasti che si disattivano da soli e senza motivo, poi ho ricontattato l'assistenza bangood e mi hanno detto che la garanzia era di 6 mesi ed'è finita e non mi fanno ne il cambio e ne il reso della tastiera e mi mandano sempre le stesse email che mi dicono che dopo qualche mese e normale che le cose si guastano e devo farla riparare su qualche negozio e questi di bangood mi dicono che mi danno solamente 300 punti bg che 100 = a $1 e quindi io mi sento pre...
