Rating:HappeningNowUSA.com serves a ClickFunnels page carrying two unrelated offers: a mortgage refinance pitch that names Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programmes, and a private debt programme for people with $10,000 or more of debt. The disclosure on that page states that the site earns referral fees and that "rankings are impacted by site reputation, visitor interest and success rates, as well as, compensation paid by site". It names HappeningNowAmerica.com as its publisher and CompareandTrust.com as the party receiving compensation; on 6 November 2026 both domains returned NXDOMAIN, and every legal link in the footer (Terms, Privacy, California notice, Advertiser Disclosure) points at that unresolvable domain. "Trusted Since 1998" sits on a domain registered on 23 April 2021, and the savings figures are described inside the page as assumptions.
