Rating:Fraud Alert!
On June 24th, I ordered several MuchBetter codes totaling €1,000 (1x €500 and 5x €100) and paid immediately via Apple Pay. The orders briefly appeared in my Kartedirekt account, but then suddenly disappeared, and I received an email asking me to synchronize these guest orders with my email address. I did so. After that--nothing.
I have since sent 12(!) emails and messages via the contact form, but received no response. From what I understand from other reviews, they will likely claim the codes were delivered but ended up in the spam folder. However, that is not the case--I have checked my spam folder every day.
I strongly warn against this company--they shamelessly rip people off when it comes to larger orders. Looks like my only remaining option is to contact a lawyer...
