Rating:This store tried to scam me, I purchased 4 chairs and received only one. When I contacted the support, they claimed that according to their records I received four boxes with four chairs, but I received only one box with one chair inside. Luckily enough I paid with PayPal!

Rating:I had ordered two stools for my balcony from TheMasie - both arrived badly damaged because they were extremely inadequately packaged for shipping. As a result, I was offered a refund, but never heard back from them on the refund. I now assume that this company is systematically cheating buyers out of their money in the event of a complaint - judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one who feels that way. I would really not recommend anyone to buy here: If something goes wrong TheMasie leaves you stuck with the costs. The quality of the products is unfortunately anything but high (cheapest plastic). If you don't want to get involved in a week-long legal battle with TheMasie, you should definitely avoid this place like the plague.

Rating:Low quality products and illegal practices with returns.This seller seems to sell the lowest quality product possible at a very steep price. Plus the product took several months to arrive. In my case the product couldn't even be assembled because some parts are inadequately produced. EU law states that returns should be free in this case. The Masie seems to not care about the law though and has you ship the product from gemany to spain and wants the consumer to pay for it. I highly advise anyone to not shop here.
