Litsservices.com, a now-inaccessible website, has left a wave of unhappy customers, as indicated by a series of reviews and comments from various internet users. Many customers report ordering a variety of products—from lawn mowers to furniture—and either not receiving what was ordered or receiving unrelated and low-value items, like costume jewelry or socks. One recurrent theme is that after ordering a product and the payment being withdrawn almost immediately, the customers were later sent a package that contains a vastly different item, often from China.

Adding insult to injury, multiple customers mentioned being unable to contact the company for resolution, as calls were left unanswered and emails unresponded to. One customer even suggested that their credit card information was used for unauthorized, expensive flight tickets, emphasizing a potential risk of financial information being compromised.

Additionally, customers noted that the site falsely advertised its location as being in Plano, Texas, when shipping labels and contact numbers suggest otherwise. Customers expressed feeling duped, scammed, and in some cases, learning a tough lesson about online purchasing.

In light of these issues, the site’s inaccessibility now casts no doubt on its possibly fraudulent nature. For customers who have fallen victim to this apparent scam, initiating a chargeback procedure through their bank is recommended as a potential means of recovering lost funds. For further a... I should have known better!! Ordered an Agri-Fab 85lb. Tow Broadcast Spreader from litsservices on April 30, 2023. Of course funds were withdrawn from my bank account almost immediately and I have spend days trying to track a package...that, apparently, is coming from China. The contact # for litsservices is a message number only. For the past 10 days my 'item' has shown as sitting in Fullerton, CA - but today it was delivered by USPS (and put in my mailbox)...I was shipped some funky looking "Cartier" ring in a red box (that's so big it won't fit my big toe). I have now sent one more e-mail with photos of what arrived and a copy of my original order. I'm not holding my breath for a quick resolution...but do not purchase anything from Litsservices.com (they're not in Plano, TX as website states)

Scam. Product is still waiting for carrier to pick up. Only response by email was saying we don’t have an order for you. Refunded money by PayPal.

Yeah. Mid-May 2023, I ordered a refurbished printer, and I was left hanging. My bank refunded my money, but I did get a pair of really ugly sunglasses!

I ordered a lawn mower, but nothing was received. It was a tracking number from China, it showed "delivered to the address ". In addition, they have used my credit card information for expensive flight tickets. My bank was advised right away and they are investigating. Lesson learned.

Ordered a rotating bookshelf and got two pairs of socks, as a present they said. No response any more when I asked when my bookshelf will arrive. Tracking code they provided me with says order delivered, that is the socks. I feel duped. The good news is that is was less than US$30.

Do not buy from this website! It’s a scam! I ordered a tumbler compost that I cannot track. The tracking says it was “delivered to address” but I never received it. When you email them, they tell you to go to the post office to look for your package, even though the tracking information does not say who the carrier was. They basically tell you it’s beyond their control that you didn’t receive your package. In other words, “too bad-so sad.”

I ordered a garage door opener. It took forever to ship. I did track it via us mail service and it was finally delivered to my mailbox. What? I received a cheap plastic costume jewelry ring. I can't make contact with them. Like previously commented, lesson learned. If it's to good to be true...

I now see from reading reviews that the experience I had with this company is it’s business model (order a product, then many weeks later receive a different product - fake luxury knock-off, in my case a fake Burberry scarf). Total scam.
