I have ordered a product from this website lightning bargains.com the have taken my money from my bank acc but I have received no email re: delivery etc this was over a week I think it might be a scam

In case of any doubt, the better is to get in touch with your bank and ask them to check any suspect operation. Besides, a quick look at this website confirms your bad feeling: postal adress in UK, phone number in Canada.... Not clear = not clean ? Keep an eye open and if necessary don't hesitate to report them on https://www.signal-arnaques.com/en

Rating:They had an offer of a free stuffed elephant, only pay shipping of $12.95. That was 3/27 havent heard anything from them...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! I ordered a minnie mouse back bag for my 2 year old and ended up not needing it. When they send you the emailed reciept it states if you want to cancel for any reason just respond to this email and the order will be canceled and refunded. DID NOT HAPPEN. After I got no response or refund I called the company the next morning (still within those 24 hours) very unhappy, and all the lady had for me was excuses. "We never recieved an email, we never sent an email, the order is already processed, can't help you. I was insanely frustrated and felt very disrespected I continued to tell her I have the email from the company, and I have the email I sent in on record and was not hanging up the phone until I got my refund. I calmly asked for her supervisor and she said there wasn't one there. Not one there? What kind of company dosen't have a supervisor. After the hour long arugmented and highly inappropriate phone call she agreed to the refund. I recieved the refund email within an hour and still no refund. I called 5 days later to give the bank time to process the refund and the man told me he would process a report. If this goes any further I am contacting the business bureau and having them black listed for a very long list of violations.

Ordered a phone case from lightningbargains and they have been repeatedly billing my bank account. It turns out, when I paid for the phone case, they set up a recurring payment which was billing me monthly.

the details about the owner of the website is diferent beetwen what is shown in their website (UK) and in the Whois report (USA).as revealed by the complete Scamdoc report.
An advice : go away

I ordered an iPhone case on 4/25/19 & today is 5/9/19 & I still don’t have my case. I sent an e-mail, hopefully, they’ll answer, although I have doubts after reading these comments. They took out money from my checking account & shortly after my account was hacked. I wonder now if it was them.

Rating:I also replied to Lightning Bargains, in response to their offer of a Stuffed Child's Elephant, this item was advertised as free but with Shipping Cost of $12.95..
I have reported this company to my credit card provider as this is a SCAM COMPANY....
PLEASE DO NOT BE CONNED BY THESE THIEVES.

Rating:Lightning bargins are a con, bought a couple of posters from them while they're on offer. I've heard nothing back after two weeks, they join you to a membership without consenting you first and help themselves to your money.
Would not recommend!

Rating:Ordered two Star Wars prints from these guys. Pictures show these large 4 foot prints hung over a couch and bed. Not only did i not get the prints i ordered. (Got duplicate set of prints that i did not order) the largest print was 6 inches tall. Delivery takes some time because it came from China. I contacted them to make it right a few days ago.....no answer. Buyer beware.
