Rating:I never ordered or bought anything like this before. Lovexxo is a horrible company to order from. I ordered two products, one was defected and sounded like a cross between a loud dying engine and a weedeater. The second product I ordered never came. The warhouse did not have the product I ordered so they sent me a completely different product. Without my concent and still has not refuned the money for it. I asked Lovexxo customer service about how do I return the products for a full refund. Lovexxo Customer Service ask for videos and a complete explanation of why I want a refund and what is wrong with the product. I did all that and
Lovexxo then issues a partial refund for the lower cost product but did not refund me for the higher cost productI did not receive. Do not order from them! Untrustworthy!
