Rating:I ordered something through Vollymart.com on Jan 31, 2020. It is now February 23, and I cannot get ANY update on my order, other than the fact that "order has been received". When I try and check on the status of the order, it makes me download the "Arrive" app, WHICH SENDS ME NO-WHERE after I've downloaded it.
WORST, when I try to log into VollyMart.com, it says that my email address (which is where THEY sent my order status, and "Thank you for you purchase" email, IS UNKNOWN, AND THEN BLOCKED ME OUT FOR "TOO MANY TRIES". ON MY FUCKING EMAIL ADDRESS??? (Not my password, mind you.)

Rating:I made my purchase on 2/21/20 and still haven’t received my item and it’s now 3/10/20. I downloaded the arrive app as stated and still couldn’t locate my package so I will be calling the bank for a refund. This shit is a scam.

Rating:Total scam artist! We ordered shoe storage containers for $25. When we finally received them they were cheap plastic that you couldn’t even put together without them coming apart. Tried to get a refund several times and they are so rude. They act like they sent what we ordered. It was supposed to be black crate looking things. They sent cheap plastic pieces w hearts on lid that won’t even hold 1 shoe without collapsing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Rating:This is a scam. I ordered on 3/15/2020... I got a shipping notification on 3/23. When I track it, there is no movement... it shows the label was created, and that's it! Today is 6/12/2020... still nothing. Had to escalate through PayPal and hoping for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
