Rating:How are they allowed to advertise like they are JC Penny when their address is in England and the 2 nightgowns I ordered on March 4th (and haven't arrived yet) show on their "tracking" code they are coming from CHINA ??? I feel very misled and very unhappy.

Rating:i tried to order from them and BOTH of my credit cards were denied, of course after they had all the info- number, exp date and security code. Not sure what to do about this now...am scared of theft through these cards. Wish id been wiser...say JCPenney and thought iy was affiliated with them. id rate them ZERO if it was an option.

Rating:I also ordered clothes thinking it was J C Penny I did not receive the package their replies are it’s not their fault, they can only give a partial refund, they have incurred losses. This site is a scam in my opinion!
