Rating:Unfortunately I have not found anything out as well. I did find that it's located in Great Britain. I am having to cancel my card so I don't get charged the recurring payment of $39.95 a month. I have sent two emails to them with no response.

Rating:I checked my bank statement and talked to my bank about a pending $1 charge. It was from a company who controls multiple subscription services including Fruust and the dollar was for verification supposedly. There was a phone number which I called and I was told that my subscription would be cancelled. It currently says that my subscription is active so I will see and hopefully I won’t get charged but I will post whether or not it was. I emailed them as well but do not trust it. Here’s the number I called to cancel: 844-261-1868

Everyone of you we'll have to call your card or your bank company and tell them what happened tell them you want to dispute a charge because you were scammed into believing it only cost you a dollar and they are not canceling your subscription and you found out that it's a fraud it is a scam going around the internet your card company or your bank will fix the issue and they will get you a new card that's the only way you're going to be able to fix it!

Rating:I did the same thing as everyone else, immediately trying to cancel within hours after signing up for a free trial to watch a movie they claimed to have, but did not. This was on Saturday p.m. I saw a charge of $1 on my credit card from filn.doc. I googled it and found a US phone #. I called on Monday and canceled my subscription without difficulty. Connected with a live agent right away. Was only asked questions about info they already had on file. This all seemed very legit. Even got a confirming email right away indicating no charge to my credit card. But this was all within the 5 day trial period. Give it a try. 855-695-1477. I gave it 2 stars b/ it was easy to cancel, once I did some investigating.

Rating:I called the phone number from a comment above (844-261-1868) and was connected with a live agent right away. I requested to cancel the subscription, but I didn't have the card number (I was calling on behalf of my dad whom I don't live with), so they looked it up with his email address and said it was cancelled. I am still going to let my dad cancel his credit card because now that these scammers have it I feel like it's been compromised.
