Disappointed Buyer 01/02/2024 at 07:33 AM
Rating:Do not purchase! The items I ordered were supposed to be ceramic but I received very cheep plastic items. The lettering/print was scratched and fuzzy on half my order and they are refusing to refund my money. I have been emailing them for weeks and still no resolution/refund. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would.

Rating:This company is a 100% scam. Do not order anything from them. They will send you a different product than what you ordered (much cheaper) then try to negotiate a different deal in their favor. They apparently sell based off a AI created images that is not even close to what you will receive. They will NOT refund you unless you persist, then they will only refund you if you agree to leave them a 5 star review (to help them cheat other people). I refused to do this so I took the loss (it was under $30). This is how they profit, by sending a lower quality product then hoping you will tire of trying to get a refund. Do not do business with Mementofor.
