Rating:Ordered Christmas 3-D rolling pin on 11/13/19, they charged my card account for $15.97 on 11/13/19. Today is 01/01/20 still have NOT received the item I ordered and paid for!!! Left several emails and requested for response, nothing at all from Relodec.com. What a scam!!!!

Rating:Do not order from this website. I ordered a christmas 3D rolling pin and it still hasnt been received 6 weeks later. It cost me nearly double the price because of exchange rate. They do noy answer emails anc there is no phone njmber.

Rating:Ordered merchandise mid Nov. 2020 and have received no confirmation email and no tracking info sent. It is early December 2020 and no product has arrived. Website claims it is located in same state I live in. I am reporting them to authorities.

Rating:Update: After 3 threatening emails Relodec finally replied with various weak excuses as such for no confirmation emails, no tracking number, very delayed shipping and no status reports. Now it seems my order has suddenly appeared as out for delivery TODAY via USPS. Very odd how all the right things seem to happen after you threaten a company with reporting them to the authorities. I will NEVER purchase another thing from them EVER.
