Rating:Buyer Beware! Close Your Browser and Walk Away.
Sadly, this group models the saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." While the promise for timely, cutting-edge content was written into their sales page, what they deliver is far from that promise.
From the second I pressed buy, it became clear that the NEXTMBA is not on the up and up with its game of smoke and mirrors.
The confirmation emails are poorly written and the content inside the library is not accessible unless you pay more. Nothing about this experience is professional, and the program does not deliver on what is promised. It is obvious the big names they are touting have no clue their monikers are being used in this ruse.
Their emails say they are in Clearwater, Florida. But everything else points to Singapore and beyond.
When I realized the scam, I wrote a detailed review and requested my money back. While I can see that NextMBA's tech support and service desk has opened and read my emails numerous times, they have yet to remit the refund.
One of their support people wrote back using broken English to ask for my details about banking information, which they do not need to refund to my credit card. In response, I sent them the transaction number and a screenshot of the receipt and told them they only need to refund the credit card I used for the purchase.
