Rating:Ordered a leather bag. Which was supposed to be from USA. I should have known it was a scam when the tracking app said the parcel was arriving from China. A cheap definitely NOT real leather bag which looked nothing like the one I ordered which I could have bought on the market for a fiver arrived. Totally ripped off
not even one star for Autumnook. Knowingly false advertising and stealing your money

Rating:Terrible! 0 stars for this company. I ordered a handmade leather bag made in the US (that's what said on the website), I received a bad quality synthetic bag that shipped from China! The bag doesn't look like the picture at all! When I asked to return it and to be refunded, I was told I had to pay to send it back to China, plus a not refundable handling fee for the refund! Horrible experience,

Rating:I am still waiting for my purchase to arrive after nearly 2 weeks. And I am getting constant emails telling me I have an unfinished purchase despite the fact I have written to say I am not interested. I felt it was a scam site and didn't pursue anything more than a cheap purse, which is still "in transit"!

Rating:The company advertised on Facebook claiming to be closing its online business and reducing its prices. Exactly the same wording appears in a post from a different company. Autumnoom appears to be a Chinese company. I tried to cancel my order but was told the item is in transit and may arrive in 12 working days. I am not optimistic I will ever receive the bag.

Rating:Scammed Terrible! They steal other peoples design and past it off as their own. Purchased an item from them and it never came. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!! Thier Etsy store takes you to their main website where all the scam happens!

Rating:I ordered two ‘handmade’, ‘leather’, ‘heirloom’ handbags from what appeared to be a US company. I think they are actually from China. The bags are cheap plastic. One of the zip toggles came off as soon as it was used. The company publishes one or two glowing reviews and comments that only the ‘most relevant’ reviews are visible. The probably huge number of negative reviews are therefore being removed. This is a company that is knowingly misrepresenting its products as quality leather when they are cheap plastic. It should be shut down. I have given it one star only because there is no option of rating it any more negatively.

Rating:A BIG SCAM! 0 stars for this company. I ordered a sweather? made of 50% cashmere and 30% cotton....ha-ha ... a thin, bad quality synthetic material...item shipped from China! When I asked to return it and to be refunded, I was told I had to pay to send it back to China, plus a not refundable handling fee for the refund! INCREDIBLE

Rating:Horrible quality and refused refund.
The product looks nothing like on the photos.
One of the items was the wrong size (in addition to poor quality).
When I asked fir a refund on $100 order - they offered me $10.
Scammers.

Rating:Even though they say the packages do not go through customs, my package got stuck there and the money I had to pay to get it was too much. I tried to claim a refund, but after several back and forth emails saying the refund was on its way, finally I got a message saying that the refund period was overdue, and that no refund was going to be issued. They are a SCAM.
