Rating:I have not received my item it’s been a month , and when I went to email them it came back to me saying no such address I will be calling the bank tomorrow to get my money back

Rating:BUYER BEWARE- I ordered something on Nov 17th and as of December 19th the vague shipping update says a plan has landed somewhere but I was not able to get it in time to give as a gift. I've asked for four straight days to cancel and issue a refund- they respond every time that they are sorry and please wait a little longer. I am trying to give them time to make it right but am so frustrated.

Rating:I bought the silent basketball. It took a month to be shipped and when it arrived, its a crappy piece of foam that doesn't actually bounce. when I asked for a refund they made up a handful of excuses including "will cost you too much to pay for return shipping" and offered me $2. I paid $36USD ($59AUD). Complete scam.
