Rating:Steer clear of the shop Cartomy - fake Hoka products and I
Assume other fake products.
I would give zero stars is it was possible. I bought a Hoka bondi shoe for my husband. The shipment took (over two weeks) to arrived and there is no indication at any point about the waiting time. Is clearly shipped from china - so the UK Glasgow address they indicated on their website is very deceiving. The shoes arrived and are much bigger than they should be. The smell was toxic and the shoes and very light, poor quality plastic. For the amount they take, this is really sad. Why not just make your own low quality brand, brand it and sell at costs worthy if it's poor production. This is theft!
I asked to return the item and they first tried to give me a voucher for the same rubbish shop. They ask me to post at my own cost to an Indonesian address with tracked shipment but insisted I don't indicate the cost/value of the item on the package (this is impossible for international shipment). An FB they also said they will deduct Customs duty from the reimbursement.
When I realized that tracked shipment would cost 49 euros , most than half the cost of the item, I decided to post with regular shipment which still costed a whopping 20 euros. They then DENIED to keep me updated on whether they have received the item because I didn't use shipment with a tracking number. So I lost the item and my shipment cost.
