-Product arrived damaged.
-Customer service will not issue a full refund for a falsely advertised, damaged item.
I ordered a cozy, soft sweatshirt for my wife for Christmas. It arrived, and it was neither cozy, nor soft. It was some shiny, slippery, slinky fabric that bore no resemblance to any sweatshirt I have ever known. The fabric felt incredibly cheap and had a chemical smell. Additionally, there was a mystery brown stain running the length of the top from the under arm seam to the waistband. Upon requesting a refund I have been offered lowball offers which are merely a fraction of what I paid.
I have now gone back and forth with their customer service six times, have wasted a great deal of my time and mental energy dealing with with this and they are still holding out. Give me my money back. You sold me junk!
