Rating:DONOT Buy from this company. Return policy cost more to return shoes than paid. Horrible chemical smell. There is no orthotics benefits. Cheap crap from China. Total lies on website. I’d give 0 stars if you could. They should shut this shoe website

Rating:I couldn’t agree more! This company should be shut down immediately! “Cheap crap from China “ is exactly right!!! I tried to return the awful product immediately and was met with the same ridiculous response regarding a refund.
They had the audacity to tell me that it would cost $50-80 USD to return to China OR I could have a $8 refund. The product is not even worth $8. I have been taken, but I hope to warn others before they waste their money. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and hope they get shut down.

Rating:I bought what looked like, and what was described as, nice birds. LIBIYI.com is a complete SCAM! A complete 100% S.C.A.M! This company exists to cheat and lie and trick and con and exhaust customers while they make 1000s of percent profit and laugh at us while we pay them for rubbish via their misleading lies. They should be banished from the internet and locked up in prison.

Rating:Yep! I fell for it too! Out $111.00. The boots are FAR from comfortable. My feet are swimming in them and they are stiff and hard. I'm sure the shipping to return to Hong Kong will be more than I spent on the boots. They should be sued and shut down

Rating:I ordered two pairs of shoes from Libiyi - they looked great online so I bought them in two different colors. When they arrived, they looked cheap (more plastic than leather) and didn't fit. They sent no return paperwork/instructions and when I went to their website, they had no return instructions or return address. When I emailed about returning the items to them, they replied that I would have to ship them back to China (estimated cost of $50.00) and suggested that instead, I accept a $10.00 refund instead of sending them back overseas. What a scam! I think they exist just to collect my original $70.00 and then "offer" me a $10.00 refund. Maddening!
