Rating:I ordered from Bintruses.com a month prior to Christmas. I had not received my order and established a dispute with them because I was unable to contact the seller regarding my order. When I initiated the dispute, the seller contacted me immediately. After several emails and a promise to credit me 40% off on my purchase if I agreed to withdraw my dispute, I agreed. Days after confirming Bintruse.com received payment, I followed up on how I would receive my 40% refund as promised. Crickets....not even a thank you for upholding my end of the bargain. I am so disappointed with this companies customer service. I will NEVER order from them again. Buyer beware!!!
