Rating:I placed a order with Rompare who sent the shipment with Track654.com on the 09/12/2022 and waited for my delivery on the 09/01/2023 I checked Track654.com again and it stated that my shipment had been delivered which is not the case my parcel never arrived. It appears that I have been scammed.

I freaking can't believe I have been scammed. I never buy from China, except this one time, and those freaking dirty communist COVID creators got me! Tell me I got a package that was never delivered! Rating:Total scam. My item marked delivered and has never been received. Seems like they use your information to purchase the items and then sends to who they want to send it to. Have been waiting for 24 days and never got a thing! This is a dang on shame how you ppl just scam.ppl and steal their information!

Order shows delivered on track654.com, but is in fact not delivered. My guess is that the tracking is automatically generated to keep a customer quiet for weeks.
The shop I bought clothing was MATURLSY.COM, which I now find to be known a VERY dubious website and which uses track654.com...
Please do your research IN ADVANCE on to-good-to-be-true-shops!

Rating:I ordered from what was called Macy wear house close out sale. Four items very cheap, looked great of course. Haven't received them yet ,at least 23 days Track 654 says. Should have known this would happen. I plan on reporting them to everybody, BBB, Attorney general , the real Macy's, the scammers left off the s and red star that's usually next to the name. New posting has red star. Post office couldn't find package even though Track 654 says they have the package now. Said they never heard of Track 654.

My package was supposedly delivered 2/18/23. NOT!!! I hope these scammers are enjoying their ill-gotten gains! We honest, hard-working people do not deserve to be treated this way. These people need to be behind bars!!! They do not deserve a rating... giving them a 1 so this will post.

Rating:I also fell victim to the lies, even dumb enough to place a second order while the first was supposedly in route. Now the first one states that it was delivered 3 days ago, but alas there has been no package delivered and I am not holding out hope that I will ever get either of them. My biggest problem is that WHY do these websites on Facebook and Instagram allow such companies to advertise on their sites. Knowing that they have thousands of loyal users being scammed daily? I’m sure that they know this is happening because after knowing it was a scam, their are thousands of complaints & reviews on never receiving the merchandise. 😡😡😡

Rating:The first shipment was marked as delivered at mailbox however the package should’ve been way to big for the mailbox and was not anywhere that I could see. I even talked to neighbors and nothing. The company reshipped the package and that was 28 days ago. It has been in the United States for at least 2 weeks now. The tracking has not been updated in 5 days. I would understand some if it was a weekend but it was updated on Monday and now it is Saturday with no updates. There isn’t anyway to get ahold of track654 that I can find.
Wondering if the place I ordered from and track654 are in the scamming business together 😡😡🤬.

Thevauthor emails saying itbon the way they need to be caught they taking money and I put a fraud case in waiting for my refund cause they don't respond no more so fake

I order from a place named Dnaina and have not received my order. I have been emailing them and I have received a few emails in return. However I just looked up my order number and it states that the package was delivered which I have the informed mail that comes in everyday along with purchases I have made that come to my house and I have yet to get my order. I am going to do what I have to do to go after this company. I have been stolen from people for the last time! I will go through whatever process I have to go through to get back what I did not purchase and to get back any money that has been stolen from me!

Facebook censors users for making false statements. I would think they should not allow thieves and scam artist from advertising on their social platform.

I ordered some items from fayinnse.com which they indicated on their website that they are located in the United Kingdom but later I found out that the shipping was from china and is to be delivered by this fucking tracking654.com but the items were never delivered after 60days.
These Chinese companies are becoming the home of scammers, let’s all be vigilant on our dealings on the internet.

I figured out it was a scam when track654 said the package was delivered to the post office. Anyone with common sense knows when a foreign order hits the states for a post office delivery it gets a USPS Tracking number. That didn't happen.

It offered me a electric bike at a ridiculous price and i knew it had to be a scam but i had to see what would show up. I figured at least a mini bike on a key chain or something. After ordering and getting confirmation email i went on the site and they sell leather!?!?! Leather shoes leather pants, shirts, hell socks, bags, underwear etc.. but no mf bikes lmfao. I deserved it for not researching and allowing myself to fall idiot to this sick joke and scam. If a electric bike that travels 90miles on a charge is on sale in your inbox for $35.00 please remember this idiot and dont buy it. You wont even get a mini keychain bike, just a odd object shoved up your keester from the commi scammers in China.

Rating:The shipping and tracking company is part of the scam. They are just using redirect techniques. If you go for a refund you will give them your credit information and they will steal from you again. There is zero legitimacy to bjyxpro, the fake company they use to charge your credit card and Track654 to dissuade you from continuing your complaint.
I would suggest you contact Cloudfare in California as they are the company that provides the internet ad space for these fraudulent scams. Cloudfare is a legitimate American company that profits from the scams they are supporting through their ad space.
If you all group together and file a class action law suit against them, you will be more likely to recover your money from Cloudfare than bjyxpro. Cloudfare is facilitating the crimes via the ad space they sell to the criminals.

I went back to the email & complained ,somene contacted me with kind words and that another package will be delivered and that i will have to sign for it this time. Tracking 654 is a damn scam, im pissed & so fed up. Would be nice if they capture the scammers and have them extradited over here to the United States & prosecuted to the fullest .

Rating:Same issue - I orderd from FB site... Delivered some random cheap ring and then said it was just to make sure delivery address was right. Items supposedly reshipped and it finally showed delivered on May 11th. No way - I was home all day. I kept asking about being scammed - but reassured not.. HAHA! The tracking site is garbage. The ordering site is garbage - MELLTH.. Beware. It is a shame as I am sure there are legit companies out there.

Contacted the company and Kev guaranteed that a new shipment was on its way and sent me the same order tracking info. Second order delivered but not to me or neighbours. I contacted Kev again and was told that the logistics company was a good company! I smelled a rat the first time but gave the benefit of the doubt until I saw this site and all the complaints! I will try to rescue my money from my credit card! You don’t know the shipping company until you get the email long after they have your money!! FB needs to stop these predators!! Rating:I ordered from Kaulous and the samething happened. It said delivered and i did not receive. I was able to contact them via email. They responded and said they world send again. It's been another 30 days and i have not received but showing in transit. Must be the slow boat from China. Even if i do receive my package i will never order from them

Fighting with company i bought items from at the moment. Theyve basically accused me of lying - saying theyve suffered great loss ( not my problem)as courier company says its been signed for or lost? Cant be both! They chose the courier take it up with them but they might be able to give me 50% of what i paid as compensation!!! I DON'T THINK SO!
Oh they also said i might not have given sufficient address details - argh!
Same address as billing address - same address ive been giving to people for over 25years and first time ive had this issue - funny that !!
