They will take and process your orders quickly, then attempt to get you to add to the order by sending your all kinds of discount offers 'before it ships...". You will then receive a link to a chinese shipping company that never updates tracking. When it actually arrives, it will be outside of the 30 day 'return request' window and you're stuck with a high prices of FAKE "lead-free crystal" AKA PLASTIC. It took my credit card company 1 minute to credit me... I was luky, you may not be. RUN AWAY!!!!

Rating:I suspect a drop shipping scammer. I ordered something as a Christmas gift and was assured it would arrive with plenty of time. 19 days later, Christmas is over and it hasn’t even shipped. Repeated attempts to contact the merchant yield no response. The contact email through Shopify is a random personal email and the phone number forwards to some unknown voicemail box. Had to file a dispute through my bank for a refund.

Rating:I reported them at reportfraud.ftc.gov
i ordered a product and didn’t receive it. Website says they ship within 48 hours. I ordered on Jan 10th. I contacted them on Jan 26th saying I didn’t get any shipping info yet. No response and it is now Feb 2nd. I am working on getting a refund through PayPal. If you have a negative experience with them please report.

Rating:SCAMMER!!! I ordered a decanter and several days later got email that item shipped. Got a tracking number but NO source. No link for tracking. No UPS, USPS, FEDEX info at all!!!!!!!!!!! The phone number is disconnected and nonexistent. I just tried to call now. Sent email. I will reach out to my credit card. this is DISGUSTING
