we have often ordered parts online via their webshop , great guys is all i can say 👍🏼

Rating:I ordered A becker map pilot end of september, received it a few days later.
After installation in my Mercedes it was not operational because protected by PIN code.
First star parts never answered my request for a solution.
Phone calls are never accepted..
Still waitng for an answer ...

Rating:I lost my money! Do yourself a service and avoid working with them! I ordered a bumper for my Mercedes on April 2024 and I received a wreck. The item was cracked, full of scratches and painted with spary. First Star Parts is a total scam! They never answer on the phone. They talk to you on whatsapp until you pay and after that you will be ignored. The fact that they don't accept returns says everything! More details on my e-mail: dani.bordei@gmail.com
