Holiday Shoppers Beware! Total scam. They send you a fake tracking number which looks legit, but it’s not for your package. There is no customer support even tho website looks as tho there is - it’s all fake. You will never see your money again.

I was scammed by them as well. Because I did not ship to the address on my Pay Pal account, Pay Pal would not refund the money that I paid them. I never received the merchandise and they kept the money!

Same issue. Went to Hudashdy and placed an order. Redirected to paypal for payment through a pham thanh hoa. Recieved a tracking number from Paypal through the same person. Got information that the item had been delivered. Checked all over my property for it and didn’t find it. Thought it might have been stolen, so I called UPS and was informed that the tracking number doesn’t even belong to me. Tried contacting Hudashdy (none of the contact info works on website). Tried contacting seller through email provided by Paypal (no response). Contacted Paypal and opened a dispute. Was informed that if the seller didn’t respond to them in 10 days I would get a refund (I completely expected a no reply since I got no reply). A couple days later I get an email stating they got a response from seller and they are going to review the “facts”. A couple days later I get a response from Paypal stating they are denying the refund because the seller says the package was delivered via tracking it. I called my bank to see if I could dispute through them since Paypal is obviously being stupid (multiple people complaining and reporting this person - review sites stating the site is a scam, yet they believe the seller over all these people complaining about being scammed). I was informed that I need some kind of statement through UPS stating that the tracking number I have does not belong to me or go to my address for them to refund it. Called UPS again and found that the tracking number I have is ... Read more

Totally fraudulent! Purchased item using PayPay and given what appeared to be legit receipt. The info provided was false. Given a false tracking #, for a much different item which had been delivered to a different person. Contacted UPS false but no resolution. Contacted Pay Pal, but as tracking # shows a delivery, they were unable to help. This operation is robbing people! Stay Away!!!! Shame on PayPal for associating with them.
