Rating:Regarding Wineheist.com 3.5 weeks after charging my card there was no communication about my wine shipment. I sent an email asking when they would ship my wine. 2 days later they responded saying one of my wines was out of stock and they needed to replace it. I agreed and asked a second time for an ETA. No response. 1 week later I asked for an ETA, no response. I called and received a message tellig me to leave a message. No response to my ETA query. I called again, left message saying I would contact my CC company to reverse charges. 1 week later I receive UPS notice of package but indication who the package was from. UPS tried to deliver but needed a signature. I finally received my wine, 1 month, 3 emails, and 3 phone calls later. The temperature of my box of wine was 90degrees when I opened it. Wineheist is a perfectly appropriate name.

Rating:I am having the same experience. i made two separate orders, they shipped one and I can get no status update on the other. They charged my CC over a month ago. Zero reply to 5 emails. Very frustrating.
