    We purchased online from "Chestnutola.com" a metal silhouette of a bloodhound on 9-24-22 for $36. We have yet to receive this item. In reply to an email inquiry I sent on 11-28-22 they repllied"

    "The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit.
    The system has not updated the latest shipping information.
    We have urged them to update it.
    If we receive an update on your logistics, we will give you feedback."

    Not having received any feedback, on 12-14-22 I sent another inquiry stating that the item had yet to be received and that I wished to get my money back. Below is their reply:
    "We are so sorry for that.I understand the mood you want to receive it. I have already spoken to the carrier.We have asked the carrier to give you priority transportation.
    But sometimes logistics have some delay. We’ve urged the update of logistics information. Sorry for the inconvenience."

    Appalling company and customer service! I ordered 2 silhouettes brginning of October and only after upteenth chasing e-mails and threatening to initiate recovery procedures via paypal did I receive the silhouettes today on the 1st December. Absolutely lousy delivery service with an automated response every time you contact them, no information about delivery process, no person to speak to, the same response to every inquiry - incredibly stressful and disappointing. The pits!! Do not touch them with a barge pole! I should have checked the scam websites first to see that their trust indicator is unbelievably low. I don't know how much they pay for the five star ratings, but it is imposdible to leave any kind of review!!!! The lowest of the low!!!!

    I placed an order in Canadian dollars but was charged the same amount in US dollars. I sent several emails with no resolution. I had no intention of paying $65 Canadian for a 14 inch metal dog. I requested to speak to someone but was never provided a phone number. A total scam. Terrible customer service.

    !00% pleased with the item. Looks exactly like my little girl. Shipping was fast with almost daily updates on parcel's whereabouts. I have recommended to other dog owner friends.

    Ordered 12-23-23. Today is 2-5-24. Never received it. Despite ongoing updates that it is in transit.
