    We ordered a pair of shoes. Got conformation emails. Arrived on time. Very pleased with the product. Was exactly as listed on their site. Would definitely recommend this company.

    Ordered a pair in a moment of weakness. They advertise on Facebook. It’s been a month still no shoes. You would think Facebook would check up on who they let advertise on their platform but I guess not. Do not order I’m pretty sure I got scammed. I would give zero stars if it let me.

    Order from madixa.com,size 14,,size not marked,9- 10 at the best.recd in a florsheim box,shoes had been shipped to someone in South Carolina,still had shipping info with his order number from China to them,looks as if a never ending loop scam

    This site is a scam company and site. I had the same problem mentioned above. I ordered a size 13, they cam and they were at best size 9 or 10. I couldn't even force them on my feet. It wasn't possible. I contacted customer service and they said too bad, I could pay to return them and trust them to give me the right size. This happens to everyone because they are not a little smaller in size, they are not even close. And what's funny is I got an email that said, "Thanks for your trust". What a joke, trust, I wish I could see the company management face to face. I bet they wouldn't screw with peoples money anymore if I had a sit down with them. BS!

    I ordered a pair of shoes. They were delayed in customs, is what the customer service rep said via email. Then she gave me an expected date which has come and gone. Still no shoes and now no one will reply to any emails I send. I've asked where my shoes are and also for a refund. Nothing. Wish I knew a good lawyer to take this company and facebook to court. Facebook has a duty to its members not to sponsor ads by scammers. I'd give them a zero rating if I could.

    Many emails with no contact phone number & no correct Ups tracking same story over and over that shoes are delayed in customs. Bought on a add from facebook also they said coming from china.

    I ordered two pairs of shoes size 13 for my husband. After nearly 6 weeks they arrived and did not fix, not even close. I made contract with the company and was told to send back for size 14 at my cost. My cost to China is $246.00 and then had the nerve to ask for a review. REALLY ????

    I didn't get an answer I don't believe, to some direct questions that I asked, will your company provide me with the shipping label postage-paid to return this order contents to China? If the answer is no, will they provide me with a postage-paid label to send it to your operation in California? I know what the stated policy said with regards to the cheapest available method of sending merchandise back for exchange purposes, but the cost is prohibitive for an individual to send something to China from America and at this point no exchange of such packages is happening because of the health crisis in China. Does your company wish to, rely on technicalities and situational difficulties, to make exchanges practically impossible? Is it your company's practice to, work for good outcomes for their customers and to provide a good customer experience? Do you have a phone number that I can call you out in California? If you do not have the authority to engage in this situation; could you present this situation to a supervisor or somebody higher up in the chain then you are? The shoes appeared to be of good quality, but it seems that if you have a problem, you really stuck with it; customer service was really lacking. Buyer beware.

    If you feel you GOT SCAMMED then I suggest you report your issues to your credit card company. Explain the problem - no product, wrong or useless product, etc. Chances are good the credit card company will step up and reverse the charge and you may get your money refunded. Also, if the credit card company receives enough complaints about this same site then they will dis-allow all their customers from making future purchases from this vendor. It's worth a try, especially if you have no satisfaction from the vendor itself.

    I purchase shoes from the Facebook ads. Checking account billed in January, as of today 2/14 no shoes. The last tracking date for delivery was 2/12. Sent several emails no reply. This site has Horrible customer service no phone number to contact anyone just email that goes to cyber apace with no reply. Web site rating zero.

    I received the ordered shoes but the sizing was way out - too big. Contacted Madixa Customer Support who told me to return them to China for exchange at my cost. This is not possible from France as mail to China has been shut down due to the Coronavirus epidemic. Subsequent emails to Madixa customer support have not been answered. Looks like I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear. They sure aren't Amazon and I would caution anyone not to deal with them

    Terrible customer service and getting the run around. I received a damaged package and missing a shoe. I ordered a size 12 and the shoe must be a 9 or 10. It won’t fit on my foot. Several email exchanges and now they are telling me the post office takes pictures of my package before they deliver it. Do not order from them. I had no idea it was coming from China.

    Not happy Took three weeks to come in then they charged me twice and the price is higher then what I was supposed to pay will never buy from them again can’t get any response from them or contact them

    This company is a scam, ordered shoes end of January, and still haven’t received end of March, paid through PayPal and filed complaint with PayPal and just hope they get money back for me I don’t know what website they want me to rate but scamdoc I give a 5 but Madixa I don’t give snot

    I ordered boots the first of March, have had several communication via email and just get the run-around. Before I ordered I checked I to them and didn't find anything bad , the website even stated they were a US company shoes made in factory in Wyoming.. Boy am I dumb. Now I can't find anything where the origin of the company is from. One more email to customer service, then I am done. See what they respond.

    Ordered two shoes, and they took a month to arrive. One pair fit and the other was too big. They said they'd exchange, but that I had to pay for shipping, and shipping will basically cost the same as the shoes as they're based in China. :(

    i ordered shoes from this place, and i wish i had read the reviews first. they are an absolute waste of money, wrong size and definitely not leather. don't waste your time with them.

    Complete scam. I had the same experience as a lot of other people. This company is in China, not the U.S. Had I known that I never would have ordered anything from these communist pigs. They shipped the wrong size shoe, then wanted me to pay return freight to China, which would have cost four times what the shoes cost.

    I ordered April 17th, 2020 for 2 face (5 layers) masks with Jeff Dunham's Walter totalling $77.95. They created a shipping label on May 9th, 2020. I emailed multiple times, but no recourse. No response except to be patient. It is a scam.

    I ordered for my husband on 4/29/2020. My delivery date has been extended twice. Still nothing. I just emailed them & am awaiting a reply. I have a bad feeling about this after reading the reviews. If I don’t receive a reply soon I’m calling my CC company for a refund. Sucks.

    Ordered a pair of shoes 1st March 2020 it is now June 3rd and still have not received them. Me too they said for over a month that they are in customs! Not true

    Scam take care , don't buy from them!!!!!

    I received the pair i ordered. They are too big and came with no paperwork. I am unable to contact them. I tried 3 times by leaving comment and my email and they are not responding. I work so hard to get little pay and now after reading reviews i am upset.

    I ordered 8.5, they came as 42. Too big for me! I contacted them and was told I need to pay for shipping back to China. Very bad service.
