This web site displays images of multiple agents answering phones and a warehouse but it has neither of these. One mobile phone number listed which I have yet to get an answer from. Order placed 11 days ago and still haven't received it although I have been messaged to say it's with DHL and to check my spam folder, none of this is true. Multiple people have all been told the same version of events, order packed, shipped and then delayed on the day the order should have been delivered then in transit but nothing delivered. Do not order from this site!

This is a scam site. Sadly when checking for reviews before placing my order, Google threw up ToolsNTools a legitimate company. I read their reviews so placed my order. It was only when my email to Ntools to check a detail, was rejected that I became suspicious and discovered that I'd read reviews for the wrong company. Amazingly Lloyds Bank have asked me to wait a week to see if the order arrives before doing anything despite the clear indication that this is a scammer, by which time the criminal will have fled with the money! Still S.75 will protect me.

As with Jo an order was placed on October 3rd, despite regular e-mails from them saying order delayed due to sorting the no of orders, then order being processed it then changed to waiting to be processed & back again to being processed. then eventually to in transit however it was supposed to be sent by DHL but they sent no tracking no. i asked N tools for a tracking no but they said it comes direct from DHL & i should look in the spam folder. DHL usually inform the person receiving a parcel and the sender so the sender is fully aware of the tracking no. i sent an e-mail asking them to contact me with the exact deliver info last Thursday but have received no reply also the phone no is either constantly engaged or if it does ring it goes to engaged. i am going through the process of requesting a refund but ill believe it when i see it.

if it is not refunded i will be contacting the Fraud office and companies house.

order placed on 5th Ocr, NTools.co.uk says that the order is in transit, tried contacting them for delivery dates no response from email and phone comes up as a spam number with no one anserwing. Like the others above I believe this to be a scam site, it has been set up with a site that looks realistic and is a listing in google search however NTOOLs address is a house on an estate in birmigham. Taking this up with my credit card provider. Veru concerned.

I can confirm I have had a similar experience to the reviewers' statements above. The website is a convincing setup only by looking at the contact details does the penny drop that this is a criminal operation setup to milk us and Visa etc. of our hard-earned cash. It is a good example of how easy it is to set up shop online with the support of banks to let them have access to our money. Facilitated by Companies House as well, it just beggars' belief. The institutions of this country need to pull their socks up.

Ordered on October 11th and have had the same issues as everyone else. Currently order in transit. Credit card company say I have to wait 30 days to give them the opportunity to fulfill the order. Clearly a scam business. Avoid, avoid avoid.

Yep my experience as above. My item was a competitive price, but not a 'too good to be true' price that often exposes a scammer. Nevertheless to be sure I checked them out on the Companies House website and all looked in order.. I mean, what more can we do ? Of course, a scammer could have stolen /hacked the company web page and inserted his own payment page.. That said the house stated as the registered office in Birmingham is legit . That place will be getting some angry visitors I'm sure..

I used a Visa Debit ( not Credit card) but I still think there could be some redress.. On the case today.. Visa and Mastercard have got to get a grip on this and stop facilitating theft by providing any Tom, Dick or Harry the tools to do so. Its infuriating.
