this is the most awful company - like Norry56 i bought the weed remover tool which is not compatible with my strimmer. i contacted them and asked for a return and refund but they refused. to add insult to injury they said up an automatic payment from paypal to them without my authorisation. their website states 'if you are not in love with your product you have 30 days to make a stress free return' - the exact opposite is the case!

In the process of ordering the Flix Filter it came up that I wanted 2, There was no way to delete the second order. After the order came it didn't fit. Their emails back and forth were arguments that all information was posted in their ad and that they did nothing wrong. I told them I wanted the form to return it since I couldn't use it and they told me it was my fault and the item was a sale item and could not be returned. It was not a sale item. I bought it under the Holuvo site. same company. Beware!
